By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Accuracy
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. What you see is what you get. If anything ever seems unclear, reach out to us before purchasing — we’re happy to help.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Returns are for store credit only — no refunds.
Exchanges are available for defective items or for switching to a different item of equal value.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Shipping & Handling
We take pride in safely packaging every order to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your item ships, we’re not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier — but we’ll always do our best to support you if something goes wrong.
4. Use at Your Own Risk
Any modifications or installations of our products are done at your own discretion. Bimmer Bargains is not liable for any damages or issues caused by improper installation or misuse.
5. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available here on our website.
